The Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the Rural Workforce Agency, Victoria Limited (RWAV) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified applicants to fill Director vacancies on the RWAV Board for a term of three (3) years.
Current Directors whose terms are expiring are eligible to re-nominate if their length of tenure allows it.
Board positions are paid an annual stipend towards the costs of participating in the Board meetings and in addition, sitting fees for participation in sub-committees as per the RWAV Director Remuneration Policy.
