Dr Monika Jones is the manager of health workforce planning and reporting at RWAV. She is responsible for strategic workforce planning, the data strategy and reporting for all of RWAVs programs and services.
Dr Jones has over 11 years’ experience in medical/health data management, statistics and research, and is passionate about improving excellence and equity in healthcare, “one statistic at a time”. She enjoys continual professional development, volunteering, and the occasional hack-a-thon!
