Since 2005 RWAV has proudly hosted the annual Victorian Rural Health Awards to recognise the outstanding contributions made by health professionals working in rural communities.
The 2020 Victorian Rural Health Awards were originally set to occur during the weekend of the Victorian Rural Health Conference in Bendigo at the beginning of May. The Conference has been cancelled to ensure the needs of our rural communities are met, as well as the safety and well-being of our healthcare professionals.
For these same considerations, we have made the decision to defer the Victorian Rural Health Awards to later in 2020.
